In Your New Role:Β 

As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will own the product and the customer’s experience from beginning to end. This includes: collaborating with cross-functional partners on strategic direction, ideation, and prioritization; working with engineers to build, launch, and test; and learning from customers and analyzing data to keep StyleSeat on the cutting edge of technology for the personal care industry.Β 

What you’ll be responsible for:Β 

  • Define the payment ecosystem for SS
  • Technical payment integration
  • Reimagine the e2e payment experience for both client in pros
  • Consider entire journey from online to offline in-store experience
  • Own fraud, compliance

You will

  • Help define how our product will become the go-to, SaaS-enabled, Beauty MarketplaceΒ 
  • Deeply understand your customers and identify their top needsΒ 
  • Ruthlessly prioritize opportunities by synthesizing thorough research and data analysisΒ 
  • Take full ownership of the product and drive solutions from inception to impactΒ 
  • Rally a team of cross-functional partners to identify and deliver high-value productsΒ 
  • Drive continuous value to the community and the business through iterative product developmentΒ 
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform decisions and measure successΒ 
  • Conduct user research to identify and validate product initiativesΒ 
  • Inspire through well-defined and transparent vision, strategy and insightsΒ 
  • Keep our community first, while moving fast with optimal results

What you can bring to the table:Β 

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including:Β 
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent productsΒ 
    • Experience using lean, user-centric, and insight-driven product developmentΒ 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environmentΒ 
  • Have an owner-mindset but lead through empowermentΒ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SKILLS:Β 

  • Able to improve feedback-loop in PDLC, Leadership - empowering teams vs. directing teams, Leadership - ability to drive alignment (team and XFN), Ability to make planning more efficient (getting templates in order, creating user research hub)
