Position Overview
Weβre hiring a Product Owner to lead the Workforce Management suite β specifically the Scheduling and Attendance modules β with a focus on long-term care and skilled nursing environments. This role is strategic and executional: youβll define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure we meet complex compliance and operational needs in healthcare.
To succeed here, you must bring deep expertise in workforce scheduling and attendance, a hands-on approach, and fluency in the regulatory and operational challenges faced by SNFs and healthcare providers.
The Ideal Candidate
You understand how SNFs operate, how shift call-outs derail coverage, and how PBJ reporting keeps admins up at night.
Youβre tech-savvy, regulatory-aware, and energized by solving big, practical problems for people on the front lines of healthcare.
You collaborate with engineers, analysts, and designers with ease β and you can talk roadmap with leadership or user pain points with a nurse manager.
