What You’ll Do:

· Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the product.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, and user pain points.

· Translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions that deliver value.

· Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and business stakeholders.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.

· Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between them.

· Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and facilitate sprint planning and review meetings.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and relevant.

You’re Our Ideal PO If You Have:

· A deep understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies and frameworks.

· Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage with both technical teams and executives.

· A strategic mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch user experiences.

· Experience working with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).

· Strong analytical skills and experience in A/B testing, user research, or data analysis.

· A background in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

· A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and a passion for problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech-driven industries.

· Familiarity with UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

· Knowledge of API integrations and software development processes.

· Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
