What you can expect as a Product Manager:

• Lead the development and management of personal line products, including Condo, Rental, Dwelling, and Homeowners insurance.
• Conduct and oversee in-depth product research, market analysis, and competitor intelligence to drive product decisions.
• Identify opportunities for new product development and recommend pricing strategies based on market trends and company data.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while working closely with compliance teams.
• Manage state form filings, coordinate with actuaries and regulators, and oversee the implementation of new product features.

What we are looking for as a Product Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in underwriting, forms development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
• CPCU designation or actively pursuing CPCU preferred
• Knowledge of Florida insurance regulations a plus
