The Associate Product Manager supports the growth and success of Phoenix’s product portfolio through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive project management. This role plays a key part in driving product enhancements, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to new product development.

Requirements

β€’ Prepare lighting application studies using AGI32 (approximately 50% of the role) to support sales opportunities, based on lighting requirements and customer consultation.

β€’ Provide timely product support to sales managers, including lighting calculations and technical guidance across all product lines.

β€’ Review, evaluate, and process product modification requests from the sales team.

β€’ Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and sales to gather required inputs and manage approved projects through the New Product Development (NPD) process to ensure our project timelines are met

β€’ Analyze data from sales reports, Salesforce.com, and customer feedback to identify trends and support product decisions.

β€’ Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.

β€’ Partner with Marketing to ensure sales collateral is accurate and current; responsibilities include initiating Product Change Requests (PCRs), proofreading, and contributing content and design input for digital marketing and collateral.

β€’ Participate in New Product Development team meetings.

β€’ Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.

β€’ Other duties as assigned.
