What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship features that solve user and client problems.
- Analyze product usage to uncover insights, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and OKRs across the product.
- Conduct user research and support experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts).
- Translate feedback and data into clear product requirements and documentation.
- Write specs and user stories to guide design and engineering.
- Assist with QA, integration testing, rollout plans, and go-to-market coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in product or in a product-adjacent role (consulting, ops, bizops, engineering, or strategy).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear thinker, clear writer.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and interpreting data
- Experience with product prototyping or basic design (wireframes, mockups, user flows). Figma experience is a plus!
- Detail-oriented and organized, but able to move quickly and make tradeoffs.
