The purpose of this role is to be responsible for articulating the programme level Technology vision and elaborating and prioritising the feature backlog, which must reflect the business priorities in line with the wider product strategy.

Job Description:

As the VP of Merkury Identity, Product Development, you’ll oversee the development of dentsu's Merkury Identity products. Partnering with business owners, internal stakeholders, client stakeholders, Product Management, and Product Development teams, you will be critical in defining, shaping, and driving the vision, strategy, capabilities, and roadmap for Identity products globally.

We are looking for a product leader with a rare combination of communication, strategic, and technical skills. You will connect the product’s vision to the executional strategy, coalesce that into our products as features, functions, and capabilities, and communicate the business value to our business owners, clients, and stakeholders. You will report to the Global Chief Product Officer, Products & Platforms.

This is a remote role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite. Occasional travel to client sites and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership:Β Drive product development via agile processes, represent Product Management in meetings, and translate business requirements into product features.

  • Communications:Β Communicate technical concepts as business value, produce supporting documentation, and engage with the developer community.

  • Team Management:Β Manage diverse teams, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and inspire through leadership and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Expertise (8-10 years):Β Experience in identity resolution products, programmatic advertising, and data-driven advertising.

  • Product Management (3+ years):Β Experience with agile development and leading enterprise-scale product roadmaps.

  • Technical Skills (3+ years):Β Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake).

  • Management Skills (5+ years):Β Experience managing teams of over 10 people.

The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
