What Youβll Do
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with deep knowledge in Apache Spark and distributed data processing to join our SAP BTP HANA & Persistency Product Management team. While this is not a hands-on coding role, strong technical fluency is essential. Youβll serve as the bridge between engineering, customers, and the market, driving product direction for critical data infrastructure powering SAP HANA Cloud and other SAP BTP services.
Your focus will center on Apache Spark-based workloads and solutions, playing a pivotal role in defining product vision, enabling adoption, and crafting strategies that address complex customer data challenges. You will work cross-functionally to align product strategy with engineering execution, field requirements, and evolving market demands.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPΒ believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPβs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $103,300 - $218,600 (USD)Β USD.Β The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateΒ will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,Β experience, scope ofΒ the role, location, etc. as determinedΒ through theΒ selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
