The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Tinder's recommendations ML/AI team. In this critical role, you will drive the enhancement of our recommendation systems, leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms, cutting-edge AI technologies, and sophisticated user behavior modeling to deliver highly personalized experiences for our members. You will be responsible for setting the vision, defining key metrics, and overseeing the development of innovative features that push the boundaries of personalization and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background in machine learning and AI, product management experience, and a track record of using data-driven insights to drive impactful product improvements. Your expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on execution will be essential in shaping the future of our recommendation systems and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global user base.

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration. This position is based in Palo Alto, CA.
$170,000 - $200,000 a year
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles/Palo Alto. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
