Sr. Product Manager

Genoa Employment Solutions is actively seeking a Sr. Product Manager.

The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with the Product and Development teams, clients, and agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and optimizations for websites.

* Serve as subject matter expert and voice of the customer for assigned products in collaboration with clients and partners.

* Create, manage, and maintain roadmap in partnership with clients and partners.

* Prioritize product backlog, stories, epics, and themes to ensure development remains aligned with product roadmap and strategy

* Oversee, lead, and drive the planning and implementation of product enhancements

* Develop viewpoints on product direction and strategy with internal teams, partners, and clients.

* Continually monitor product performance and success measures to ensure the product meets business objectives

* Capture and manage new enhancement ideas from all stakeholders.

* Lead effort to evaluate, groom, and refine enhancement ideas

* Lead effort to define, scope, estimate, and prioritize feature enhancements

* Capture and write customer and business requirements, user stories, and other Product Management artifacts and socialize with stakeholders in and out of the company.

* Review and analysis deliverables (strategy, UX design, wires, comps) and provide feedback in formal and informal settings.

* Plan, lead, and coordinate user studies with partners

* Explain product enhancements and handoff business requirements to business analyst to specify technical requirements

* Review technical requirements and provide feedback to the business analyst and development team.

* Lead and participate in meetings with internal teams, partners, and clients.
