Stratfield is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the roadmap, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional coordination for our client’s key SaaS solution supporting government housing assistance programs. As a senior member of the product team, you will own the product lifecycle, represent the voice of the customer, and drive adoption and impact across key client segments. This is a high-visibility, business-focused role ideal for someone with deep product management experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of government technology or affordable housing programs.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Candidates based in the Atlanta area are strongly preferred. Sorry, sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of product initiatives for the product, including planning, development, and rollout.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, and Customer Success teams.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on business needs, client feedback, and technical feasibility.
Serve as the senior liaison in client and third-party meetings to support adoption, onboarding, and long-term success.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality product releases.
Translate complex business problems into scalable, efficient SaaS features for government clients.
Lead product discovery efforts to validate needs, solutions, and user experience.
Communicate product vision and roadmaps clearly to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Monitor product adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B or B2G product management (within gov-tech or highly regulated industries is a huge plus).
Proven ability to drive complex product roadmaps and deliver features from concept through launch.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer feedback and lead data-driven decision making.
Experience leading GTM planning, cross-functional alignment, and stakeholder communication.
Experience working with Agile teams and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
Skilled in working directly with clients, delivering demos, and handling strategic conversations.
Confident in leading high-level discussions and answering questions from executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with affordable housing initiatives.
Background in government technology (GovTech) or public sector software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP Certification or other formal project/product credentials.
Previous experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
Based in the Atlanta area or open to periodic travel for onsite collaboration.
