Location: Remote/ Hybrid two days a week if you reside within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX areaΒ 

Salary:Β  $135K - 155K/yr d.o.e.

Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager for CRM is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for New American Funding's Bonzo CRM platform, which enables Sales teams across New American Funding to drive Sales activities for loan origination and other supporting processes. We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM technology and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

This role involves influencing cross-functional teams to create an intuitive and user-friendly web experience that simplifies the mortgage application process and enhances customer engagement. The Senior Product Manager will leverage market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives to prioritize features and drive the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Bonzo CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the CRM platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including UX, engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring the web portal provides consumers with a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure transparency and clear communication regarding product development and delivery.
  • Agile Methodology: Operate within an agile framework, continuously refining the product backlog, conducting sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the CRM platform, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, leveraging A/B testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights to enhance the web portal experience.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, and make recommendations for how to incorporate them into the product

Qualifications

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business, or related discipline
  • At least 8+ years’ experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
  • Must have experience in developing, implementing, supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or other customer CRM platform
  • Experience in Mortgage Lending, Personal Loans, or Auto Lending is necessary
  • Proficient in agile methodology
