Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and empower a team of Directors of Product Management by fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead the execution of Product Line Strategies (PLS), ensuring consistency, innovation, and accessibility across product lines to serve a broad range of customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, bringing together different perspectives to create impactful products that meet a variety of needs.
• Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions, ensuring solutions are inclusive, user-focused, and reflective of market demands.
• Assess business cases, monitor product performance, and ensure financial viability and ROI, considering long-term value and broad market appeal.
• Establish KPIs, drive data-driven decision-making, and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and equitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in product management with 8 or more years in leadership roles overseeing multiple product lines.
• Skills: Servant leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in Chromatography or Chemical Standards is a plus.
