Β We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives on execution, detailed collaboration, and building the right solutions for customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career (2–4 years experience) who’s hungry to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact on a product that truly matters.

Β You’ll work directly with our Chief Product Officer and CTO to help shape and deliver high-value features, partner closely with engineering and customer-facing teams, and drive adoption of our industry-leading platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute with precision. Translate high-level vision into detailed requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure features are delivered on time and with quality.
  • Own the product lifecycle. Drive initiatives from concept through launchβ€”writing epics and user stories, coordinating UAT, and tracking success metrics.
  • Collaborate deeply. Partner with engineering, sales, services, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and seamless delivery.
  • Learn our domain. Build product expertise by working closely with our safety experts and understanding the needs of our customers.
  • Support roadmap execution. Contribute to roadmap planning, help evaluate build vs. buy decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Drive adoption and success. Assist with customer migrations, training tools, and knowledge base contributions to ensure customer success.

You’ll Excel If You…

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced, growing environments.
  • Can translate complex problems into simple, actionable requirements.
  • Communicate confidently across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Have experience writing features, epics, and user stories in tools like Aha or Jira.
  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar software roles.
  • Have familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (Aha, Jira, MS Office, etc.).
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B SaaS, compliance workflows, or change management.
