We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Student Engagement to help shape and guide the development of a new, innovative software product designed to improve the teaching and learning experience in higher education. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate directly with academic leaders and internal teams to build a new product with global impact.Β
Youβll be highly visible, as the voice shaping the understanding of our portfolio of student engagement products. This externally facing role involves partnering with faculty, instructional designers, and academic administrators. Youβll help form and lead our Product Advisory Board and coordinate a cohort of development partners. Youβll also bring clarity and alignment to internal and external audiences through strategic messaging and communication assetsβfrom presentations to sales enablement tools.Β
Working closely with cross-functional teams, youβll serve as a key connector between our customers, partners, and internal product leaders, bringing market insight, competitive intelligence, and user feedback that directly shapes our roadmap and helps us tell a clear, compelling story in the market.Β

Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experienceΒ
7+ years of experience leading products through the product lifecycleΒ

Collaborate with the team to form and lead our Product Advisory Board.Β
Evaluate product market competitiveness and user feedback to continuously improve product features and performance.Β
Use data analysis and user research methods to improve product user satisfaction.Β

Bring valuable insight into the workflows, needs, and motivations of faculty and academic stakeholders to help shape the product roadmap.Β
Develop messaging and positioning for our suite of student engagement products in higher education.Β
Survey the rapidly changing competitive landscape and synthesize insights for the product team.Β
Product go-to-marketΒ
Understand market priorities, drive activities to deliver product to market according to roadmap and prioritization decisions, develop launch package including pricing and product bundling options; targeted segments; and competitive analysis.Β
Own and execute internal release readiness including sales, customer support, and customer success training and enablement. Work with marketing to create clear, compelling communication assets for internal and external use.Β
Support sales and marketing teams with consistent, differentiated messaging across channels.Β
Cross-departmental communication and coordinationΒ
Engage with key stakeholders; Technology, UX, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to guide capabilities and constraints.Β
Work closely with R&D, Marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in product development and promotion.Β
Lead internal updates that keep stakeholders across teams aligned with product progress and market response.Β Β
