We are seeking a Product Manager to shape foundational patient experiences in our digital health platform. In this role, you will lead the development of our consumer-facing app experiences that support a wide range of care programs across chronic care management, population health, and care navigation.
You’ll operate at the intersection of clinical care, UX design, and engineering to build modular, scalable, and delightful user experiences that help patients take meaningful actions towards better health outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate brings a deep empathy for patients, strong systems thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. You thrive in a matrixed environment, can influence without authority and bring clarity and alignment to a diverse team.Â
Own the roadmap and delivery of patient-facing experience components to support multiple care programs.Â
Collaborate across UX, Engineering, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, and research to design and implement user-centric product experiences that are clinically sound, technically scalable, and accessible.
Partner with clinical teams to translate care programs into app-based workflows that integrate with care team operations, driving both efficiency and patient safety.
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate patient engagement and feature effectiveness, leveraging data to iterate and continuously improve.
Drive alignment across stakeholder groups, lead product decisions, and make informed trade-offs that balance user needs, clinical rigor, technical complexity, and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in healthcare or consumer tech designing and building patient-facing or consumer digital experiences.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable building trust and alignment across diverse groups of stakeholders and a highly matrixed environment.
Ability to clearly communicate product requirements and translate user needs into platform capabilities for technical teams.
Highly organized, action-oriented, and capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrate ability to scale product capabilities across multiple solutions.Â
Worked on chronic care management, population health, and wellness programs.
Experience with digital front door products.
Experience shaping products in highly regulatory and policy environments; familiarity with healthcare regulatory and privacy considerations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA Class I/II).
Experience collaborating with clinical teams on care program delivery and user-centric experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000 - $184,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
