Overview

Radiation Detection Company (RDC) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead day-to-day product management for our MyRad product portfolio - including MyRadCare, MRC Insights, and key internal tools. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role that sits at the center of our product development process. You will partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to deliver software solutions that drive growth, improve safety, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex workflows, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is energized by creating structure, accelerating execution, and making measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day product management for RDC’s MyRad portfolio, including both customer-facing and internal software
  • Work closely with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements
  • Refine and maintain product development workflows - including intake, prioritization, backlog grooming, status reporting, and release coordination
  • Contribute to internal process improvement, including adoption of AI tools to accelerate prototyping, documentation, and roadmap development
  • Maintain the roadmap for assigned products, ensuring alignment with company goals and department-level initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare internal stakeholders and customers for launches and updates, ensuring clear communication and training
  • Analyze and report on product usage, adoption, performance, and learnings from releases

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years in product management or a similar role within a SaaS or technology business
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proven experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable with AI-enabled workflows for prototyping, user research, or automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Experience working with customer-facing and operational software preferred
