Our Company:

iHealth Labs, founded in 2010, is a pioneer in digital health innovation. We offer a wide range of cloud-connected medical devices, personal health tools, and at-home testing solutions that empower people to live healthier lives through accessible, tech-enabled care. iHealth gained national recognition during the COVID-19 pandemic as a trusted federal partner, distributing millions of FDA-authorized test kits to households across the United States.

Launched in 2018, Unified Care is iHealth’s all-in-one solution for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes. The program combines iHealth medical devices with responsive, patient-centered supportβ€”delivered through a mobile app and a care management platform β€”to provide high-quality care led by a dedicated team of dietitians and health coaches. Today, Unified Care is at the core of iHealth’s growing U.S. healthcare services business, enabling scalable, tech-enabled care for diverse patient populations and driving meaningful health outcomes.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking Β aΒ SeniorΒ Product Manager – Billing for Unified CareΒ to lead the design and evolution of our billing platform and workflows. This role owns the end-to-end billing experience, from building features that capture critical billing inputs (e.g., payer and insurance data) to defining billing code logic, managing service fee rules, and enabling billing-related reporting.

You will drive cross-functional alignment across billing operations, care teams, engineering, and finance. This role is central to integrating billing processes into our broader care ecosystemβ€”ensuring seamless payer integration and validation, accurate claims reporting, and scalable billing automation that supports both revenue integrity and clinical impact.

What you will do:Β

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Unified Care’s revenue cycle management and billing reporting ecosystem.

  • Build a deep understanding of care operations and billing workflows through user interviews, workflow mapping, and continuous feedback from internal teams.

  • Partner with business development, legal, and billing stakeholders to interpret CMS and healthcare policy changesβ€”translating regulatory requirements into strategic direction and actionable product roadmaps for chronic care program management.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with care operation and billing teams leaders to ensure clinical workflows and billing logic are accurately implemented across platformsβ€”meeting compliance standards and enabling reliable, report-ready outputs.

  • Support the rollout of features by training and working closely with care operations and billing teams to ensure smooth integration into day-to-day workflows.

  • Work with engineering to prioritize the billing product backlogβ€”balancing new features, operational improvements, and technical maintenanceβ€”while leading sprint planning and execution.

  • Other product related tasks as assigned.

What makes you a good fit:

  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of payer platforms, billing claims processing, and core revenue cycle workflowsβ€”including eligibility checks, claims submission, and denial management.

  • Exposure to healthcare billing and claims infrastructureβ€”ideally in chronic care programs such as RPM, CCM, or APCMβ€”and familiarity with fee-for-service and value-based care models is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, QMB, and dual-eligible populations, along with general awareness of payer-specific requirements.

  • Some experience or comfort with insurance data models (e.g., payer ID mapping, plan structures) and search technologies (e.g., fuzzy matching, rules-based workflows).

  • Familiarity with clearinghouses, EHR systems, billing platforms, and standard claims submission practices.

  • Ability to work with SQL, Excel, or BI tools to explore billing data, troubleshoot issues, and support prioritization of product improvements.

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K

  • Paid Time Off, Federal Holidays, and Leaves

  • Annual Performance-Based Bonus
