Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager leads the development and lifecycle of assigned product categories, translating market insights into clear product strategies that drive growth and profitability. This role owns product direction from concept through launch, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver well-positioned, manufacturable products on time. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations, the Senior Product Manager ensures roadmap execution and creates clear development and go-to-market plans, and ensures products are successfully brought to market and continue to perform throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
β’ Lead market analysis to identify product gaps, trends, and growth opportunities.
β’ Define product strategies and business cases, balancing customer needs, pricing, and manufacturability.
β’ Own and maintain product roadmap; ensure alignment with company priorities and market demand.
β’ Drive cross-functional alignment to execute product development and launches on time.
β’ Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, go-to-market planning, and adoption.
β’ Monitor product performance and lifecycle health, adjusting strategy to improve outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing to support feasibility and execution.
Qualifications
β’ 8+ years of experience in product management, development, or marketing within a manufacturing or physical product environment.
β’ Proven record leading product initiatives from concept through launch across cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong experience in market research, product prioritization, and roadmap management.
β’ Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market execution.
β’ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on ownership and execution.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
β’ Experience working with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, interiors, building materials, or adjacent industries preferred.
