Applies scrum methodologies to coordinate development and re-engineer activities of multiple teams to create innovative and modern digital experiences for client and employees. Provides deep technical expertise for the digital transformation effort to create an end-to-end internet and mobile pension experience. Drives innovation and transformation during multiple stages and subordinate projects.Β 

Β 

Primary Responsibilities:Β 

Β 

  • Deploys a plan to modernize and re-engineer the pension experience for employees and plan sponsors.Β 

  • Coaches squads on Agile values, practices, and processes.Β 

  • Conducts project estimation and planning for transformation and re-engineering projects.Β 

  • Analyzes business objectives to devise digital transformational strategies.Β 

  • Collaborates with technical architects and engineers to create architecture and application design that supports business functionalities.Β 

  • Collaborates with product owners and user interface designers to translate requirements into user stories for team design and development activities.Β 

Β 

Education and Experience:Β 

Β 

Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) driving digital transformation within a Pension and healthcare benefits administration environment.Β 

Β 

Or, alternatively, Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management (or closely related occupation) driving digital transformation within a Pension and healthcare benefits administration environment.Β

Candidate must also possess:Β 

Β 

  • Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") planning and coordinating product development, process automation and improvement, and reporting using Agile methodologies, including assisting product owners in drafting long term product roadmaps, quarterly plans, status reports, and presentation material, and reporting and coordinating inter-team dependencies and risks using JIRA Align and MIRO.Β 

  • DE identifying and improving web application development, maintenance, support and quality engineering capabilities and processes using DevOps solutions and Agility Health; and designing, developing, and launching Web-based transaction processing applications in Pension and Health and Welfare domains, to generate product summary and perform benefit calculations and enrollments, according to Agile and SCRUM methodologies within onshore and offshore development models.Β 

  • DE facilitating sprint, release planning, Backlog Management and Agile Events for the development of digital experience for participants of health and retirement benefits according to Scrum methodologies using JIRA, JIRA Align, Agile Metrices Reports, and ServiceNow.Β 

  • DE providing technology project management support during events - open enrollment of health benefits, new client onboarding, and go-live readiness activities -- using Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.Β
