Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded Product Owner / Project Manager with strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), automation scripting, and Agile project delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills who can coordinate UAT across multiple projects, manage timelines, and facilitate planning sessions. The ideal candidate has a background in Agile methodologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate End-to-End UAT activities across multiple projects, ensuring test cases, timelines, and outcomes are aligned.

  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and executive-level presentations.

  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile Scrum teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder meetings, both virtually and in-person.

  • Track and monitor timelines across projects, including integration testing and production validation dates.

  • Support the development of automation test scripts/cases aligned with business requirements.

  • Ensure project deliverables follow SDLC principles and Agile best practices.

  • Partner with stakeholders at multiple levels to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.

  • Provide forward-looking planning and proactive risk management for ongoing projects.

  • Assist in managing Cornerstone-related projects, ensuring consistent alignment across initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst on Agile Scrum teams.

  • Proven ability to perform end-to-end UAT coordination.

  • Strong project management background with experience facilitating meetings, creating presentations, and driving execution.

  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.

  • Hands-on experience with automation testing (creating and running scripts).

  • Familiarity with APIs and enterprise integration concepts.

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM, and Confluence.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal — with the ability to present to mid-to-senior level stakeholders.

  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving project needs.
