Salary: $130k - $135k per annum + benefits
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features based on business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and continuous product improvement.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of backlog management and user stories.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and product lifecycle management.
