From ideation through delivery, create partnerships across Arrow business and IT units to drive, deliver and transform business objectives into value-added digital solutions. Serve as the interface between IT and Arrow Business Units with a focus on business process improvement, solution discovery through delivery, risk management, and relationship management. Facilitate the planning and execution of business changes through the effective use of technology.
Partnership Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with various Arrow business units and IT departments. This includes initiating and nurturing partnerships to align business objectives with digital solutions.
Business Process Improvement: Focus on analyzing and refining existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This might involve process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process enhancements.
Solution Discovery and Delivery: Identifying potential digital solutions that add value to the business. This includes the ideation phase, where the employee will coordinate the research and discovery of new solutions, and extends to the delivery phase, ensuring these solutions are effectively implemented.
Risk Management: Coordinate with the security team to assess potential risks associated with business process changes and the implementation of digital solutions. This includes developing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Relationship Management: This involves managing relationships between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. This entails serving as a liaison, facilitating understanding and cooperation between different departments.
Technology Facilitation for Business Change: Facilitate the adoption of technology to drive business changes. This involves planning and overseeing the implementation of technological solutions that enable strategic business initiatives.
Processes: Work with business processes related to operations, sales, marketing, finance, or supply chain management. The focus is on improving these processes to increase efficiency and output.
Systems: Engage with ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, Oracle R12, Microsoft suite of products, and other business information systems that support digital solutions and business processes.
Projects: Projects will likely involve coordination of the development and implementation of digital solutions. These could range from software development projects to IT infrastructure upgrades or cloud solution deployments.
Products: Work with digital products that provide value to Arrow’s business objectives. This could include software applications, business analytics tools (PowerBI), and any other digital technologies designed to enhance business capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, or related occupation. Also requires the following skills: 1. Using business processes and systems in an IT environment; 2. Designing, configuring, implementing, and integrating Oracle applications and integrations; 3. Solving business problems within a customized and integrated global environment; and 4. Serving as liaison between business and IT.
Position reports to office in Centennial, CO. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
We are offering a salary of $144,452.88 to $158,898.16/year.
