The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) Team, the Product Owner translates the vision into a roadmap made up of squad deliverables to achieve the business strategy while enhancing value to the client. This is done through leading scope and the product backlog in collaboration with the squad, Product Manager, key stakeholders (internal and external to EDS), and clients / end-users (targeted personas).

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Translates the vision and the roadmap into squad deliverables and release plansΒ 
  • Cultivates relationships with key partners to maintain alignment to achieve strategic objectivesΒ 
  • Manages the squad’s work: Creates and refines the backlog with the squad to provide the right level of detail at the right time to achieve definition of ready (preparation for development) – Continuously accepts or rejects completed work, according to acceptance criteria – Seeks feedback from partners and clients and incorporates into future backlog itemsΒ 
  • Evaluates shared issues, risks, and dependencies for resolutionΒ 
  • Incorporates and prioritizes technical work, as required, to deliver on release objectivesΒ 
  • Brings the voice of the key customers into the squad and the voice of the squad to the organizationΒ 
  • Maximizes delivered value by evaluating implementation alternatives and considering impact of cost, schedule, and risk profiles
  • Support the iterative business planning process and assist in the development of new project concepts and estimates
  • Provide periodic status updates to Key Customers
  • Regularly assess and improve platform standards and usage
  • Keep the wider PO team informed and train junior members as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Must be certified Salesforce Administrator
  • A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Product Owner experience within a large enterpriseΒ 
Talents Needed for Success:
  • Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations in large financial organizations and AI agent deployment.Β 
  • Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
  • Experience in Agile Development and working with multiple scrum teams
  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones
  • Experience with Jira and AppExchange packagesΒ 
  • Effectively translates the vision and prioritizes the roadmap to deliver the highest value to satisfy customer needs
  • Possesses and leverages deep understanding of AI, AI Agents, Salesforce domain, and relevant technologies
  • Capable of communicating and influencing all partners (technology, clients, finance, integration, sales, ops) to consistently deliver the right products and solutions
  • Brings enthusiasm to the squad by showing passion and commitment to new ways of working
  • Understands value in building significant and trusting relationshipsΒ 
  • Is committed to continuous improvement and adaptation to embrace changeΒ 
  • Seeks and reflects on feedback to advise and drive growth

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
