Fund Administration is the backbone of Citco’s business, and our expertise in alternative asset servicing continues to redefine what best-in-class means for the industry. Our Product team sits at the intersection of market opportunity, client experience, and technology innovation. We are buildersβ€”designing scalable, forward-looking capabilities to support hedge funds, private equity firms, allocators, and multi-asset managers.

The Citco Product team develops new offerings to our clients beyond traditional fund administration services to deepen our client relationships and overall wallet share.Β  Citco is known as a client-first organization that consistently adapts and creates offerings which can be scaled up geographically, technically and commercially across the market.Β 



Responsibilities

Your Role:Β 

As an Executive Vice President, Product Management (Alternative Investments), you will be a senior leader driving innovation and growth for Citco’s global hedge fund client base – one of the largest, most complicated in the world. You’ll shape the future of Citco’s offering by identifying new commercial opportunities, incubating ideas into market-ready products, and aligning technical delivery with strategic objectives. You will work side-by-side with the Hedge Fund global management team, marketing, IT, sales, and executive leadership to bring high-impact products to market.

  • You will lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on launching new solutions tailored to alternative investment firms, including hedge, credit and multi-asset managers.
  • Translate client insights, market research, and competitive intelligence into commercially viable product strategies.
  • Construct compelling business casesβ€”including market size estimates, adoption strategies, and pro forma P&Lβ€”for prioritization by Citco’s global executive team.
  • Identify and vet strategic partnerships to accelerate capability development or revenue expansion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across fund structures, investment operations, and digital innovation in asset servicing.
  • Contribute to Citco’s go-to-market strategy through joint initiatives with marketing, including white papers, webinars, conference speaking engagements, and more.


Qualifications

About You:

You are entrepreneurial by natureβ€”curious, action-oriented, and fluent in the language of both technology and finance. You have a passion for solving complex problems with simple, scalable solutions, and you understand how to listen to clients and translate their needs into commercial success.

  • 15+ years of experience in financial services with specific experience with alternative investments technology delivery/managed services
  • 5+ years of proven success in product management, including direct ownership of P&L, pricing models, and commercial roadmap delivery.
  • Deep expertise across the trade lifecycle, portfolio accounting, investor servicing, and regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in client discovery, market research, and shaping voice-of-client programs to guide product development.
  • Experience in technical sales or solution consulting, particularly in explaining complex operational or technology capabilities to C-level decision-makers.
  • Responsibility for workflows, systems integration (e.g., OMS/PMS/IBOR/ABOR), and operational transformation initiatives in asset servicing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across time zones, with clear evidence of mentoring, influencing, and strategic alignment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with clients, executives, and engineering teams with equal ease.

Salary Range: $230,000 - $300,000 USD annually
