Product Owner

Hype-HR are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong focus on AI technologies to lead the development of our clients high-traffic web platforms, including an innovative NSFW AI chat and image generation product management. You will be instrumental in shaping product direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through intelligent product design and agile execution.

You're a product leader in image generation platforms, who turns ideas into scalable features and leads teams with clarity and purpose. With a strong grasp of market trends and a user-first mindset, you balance strategic insight with hands-on collaboration across engineering and business teams. Clear, proactive, and solutions-focused, you thrive in fast-moving environments and bring complex ideas to life with simplicity and impact.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the full product lifecycle for AI-driven adult web platforms, including chat and image generation tools.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor performance, particularly in the NSFW AI landscape.

• Prioritize and maintain product backlogs in alignment with strategic business goals.

• Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks.

• Propose and oversee A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates, retention, and profitability.

• Use customer feedback to inform feature development and ongoing product improvements.

• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.

• Ensure products comply with legal, billing, and platform-specific regulations.

• Track product performance using AI-specific monitoring tools and dashboards.

All About You:

• Deep understanding of software development processes and AI technologies.

• Previous experience as Product Owner for AI-based platforms (ideally in the adult space).

• 5+ years leading agile scrum teams in product-focused roles.

• Proven experience with marketing and monetization strategies in adult web environments.

AI/Tech Stack Familiarity:

• Proprietary in-house image model training (datasets, safety, quality tuning).

• OpenRouter: Smart routing between compliant and flexible LLMs.

• Replicate: Scalable image inference.

• HuggingFace: Benchmarking, model tuning, and experimentation.

• Advanced prompt chaining, persona-switching, and fallback logic techniques.
