Oracle is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI portfolio of services. Our customers run their business on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with the best-in-class compute, storage, networking, database, security, and AI services in the cloud. This is a critical product leadership role and you will be responsible for the execution of our strategic direction. You will partner with other teams to drive new initiatives and deliver new services, features, and capabilities. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of AI, machine learning operations, cloud architecture and experience operating in large organizations. You will gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications for inbound service/product development. Initiate and cultivate relationships with internal Database and SaaS application teams and large external customers of Generative AI technology. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracleβs differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
