Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the medical devices and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Affairs, PACE, and Regulatory Affairs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Connect with the global marketing point of contact on their respective product franchise to adapt and adjust global plans to the regional realities. Job duties:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and F2F channels.Β 
  • Support content creation for brochures, presentations, email campaigns, social media, and the company website for both Hemorrhagic and Stroke portfolios.Β 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Β 
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.Β 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.Β 
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems (HubSpot).Β 
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.Β 
  • Maintain clear understanding of market trends, the organization’s product competitive advantage, new or disruptive technologies, and competitive products and strategies.Β 
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans, sales training materials, sales tools, marketing collateral and brand strategy for assigned products, new products, and line extensions for global field teams to increase market share and address competition in their respective areas.Β 
  • Develop and maintain demand forecast.Β 
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy for product development pipeline and marketing requirements for new products.Β 
  • Execute and contribute to the development of educational programs for customers and global field teams.Β 
  • Build strong partnerships and works closely with Sales, Clinical Research and Training teams to execute podium and publication strategy with key opinion leaders.Β 
  • Travel to customer sites/labs to observe and support clinical cases and simulator activities and visit physicians.Β 
  • Mentor and support training of other associates and/or new team members linked to new product launches.Β 
  • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.Β 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  1. Master’s degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Marketing, Life Science, Management, etc.).Β 
  2. Minimum four (4) years of experience with medical device marketing strategy and execution.Β 
  3. Proficient English language skills.Β 
  4. Proficient with MS Office package, iPad applications, and customer databases.Β 
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Β 
  6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).Β 
  7. Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in medical marketing.Β 
  8. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Β 
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Β 
  10. Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.Β 
  11. Capable of articulating market needs and provide leadership to multi-functional teams.Β 
  12. Problem solving mindset with a strong analytical capability.Β 
  13. Skill to successfully motivate others to achieve goals.Β 
  14. Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and effectively interface with global customers, sales team, worldwide distributor partners and cross-functional team members.Β 
Desired Qualifications
  1. Β­MBA preferred.Β 
  2. Track record of effective and consistent communication with global customers, sales team, worldwide distributor partners and cross-functional team members.Β 
  3. Experience with interventional medical devices/procedures, particularly in the neurovascular industry.Β 
  4. Medical device marketing experience in international markets.Β 
  5. Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.Β 
  6. Experience with Marketing Automation tools or social media channels (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn).#LI-DNI
