Responsible for developing a product plan for assigned product lines that fully support the organizationβs strategic plan.Β This includes performing market research, product positioning and pricing, establishing product definition for new products, developing and maintaining a comprehensive competitive database and support of sales training development for new products. Act as βvoice of the customerβ regarding product application, sales, installation and services. Performance metrics: product line profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, new product launch schedule attainment.
