We are hiring a Product Manager – Digital Experience to oversee the implementation,

education, and internal enablement of our digital platforms. This role will serve as the

operational lead for onboarding members into the Fountain Life app and ZORI, driving platform

utilization, and ensuring consistent education across both members and internal teams.

You will not design product featuresβ€”but you will be the go-to owner for rolling out updates,

fielding feedback, coordinating cross-functional execution, and educating both members and

team members on how to make the most of our tools. You’ll work closely with the Digital,

Operations, Marketing, and Medical teams to keep platforms aligned, accurate, and impactful.


Key Responsibilities

Member Onboarding & Adoption:

ο‚· Ensure timely onboarding of new members into the Fountain Life app and ZORI platform

ο‚· Provide education and ongoing support to help members engage fully with their health

journey

ο‚· Track utilization data and identify opportunities to improve adoption and engagement


Internal Enablement:

ο‚· Serve as the internal expert on platform features, workflows, and updates

ο‚· Lead onboarding and digital tool training for new physicians, care coordinators, and staff

ο‚· Maintain up-to-date documentation and internal resources to support team

understanding


Cross-Functional Coordination:

ο‚· Partner with Operations to ensure center workflows align with digital experience

ο‚· Collaborate with Marketing on educational content and member-facing materials

ο‚· Provide Digital/Product teams with structured feedback from members and staff

ο‚· Work with Medical leadership to ensure content and features align with clinical intent


Support & Feedback Loops:

ο‚· Monitor member and staff feedback to identify areas for clarification, education, or

technical improvement

ο‚· Help shape training guides, FAQs, and other self-service tools

ο‚· Track and escalate issues related to platform usage or feature understanding


Qualifications

ο‚· 3–5 years experience in product operations, implementation, or digital enablement

ο‚· Proven success managing cross-functional workflows and internal education

ο‚· Experience in healthtech, digital health, or consumer wellness a strong plus

ο‚· Tech-savvy; able to quickly learn digital platforms and explain them clearly

ο‚· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator

ο‚· Comfortable working with data to identify trends and inform improvements

ο‚· Experience supporting physicians or clinical operations is highly desirable
