About the Role

Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Core to join our team in the Southeast. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to researching, designing, and marketing our steam products such as steam traps, pumps and regulators.
• Apply market research to identify customer needs and competitor products.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote our products successfully.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks.
• Define product marketing communication objectives.
• Collaborate with other cross-functional colleagues and our agency partners that span across production, business intelligence, data science, marketing, design, and engineering to drive measurable outcomes for SXS.
• Compare our products to competitors to assess market competition.
• Provide management with detailed analyses and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the steam thermal solutions arena, continuously refining and enhancing our execution capabilities.
• Review and suggest inventory levels to maintain product availability.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with team members, departments, management, and customers.
• Expertise in products and markets, including specific technical or industry knowledge.
• Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail, multitasking ability, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Natural curiosity, positivity, and creativity.
• Sincere empathy for customers and dedication to understanding their challenges.
• Ability to multitask in a high-intensity environment.

• Need to be based in NC/SC region

Education and Experience

• BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience an knowledge with steam products is a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful projects is a plus.
