Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute product strategy/roadmap for Converted Fibers (Paper, VF Boards, Modules, and Mastics).
  • Manage the product lifecycle from gathering customer requirements to delivering growth.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Technology, Operations, Sales, and other functions to achieve growth and margin expansion.
  • Set product pricing guidelines and track win/loss rates to identify competitiveness issues.
  • Lead value proposition efforts and validate with cross-functional teams.
  • Visit top product accounts and target prospects to diversify and saturate target market segments.
  • Maintain commercial leadership in the S&OP process and ensure alignment with global initiatives

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • BS degree in engineering or marketing.
  • 3-5 years of insulation industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and iOS; experience with MS Dynamics and advanced MS Excel is a plus.
  • Customer Relationships Management System experience is desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
