Product Manager - Commercial Lending Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager – Commercial Lending to lead the development and growth of our commercial lending software solutions. This role is critical in driving innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our competitive edge in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be expert understanding of commercial lending, financial services technology, and product management best practices.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• You will develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for corporate lending solutions.
  
• You will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• You will align product vision with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  

Product Development & Delivery:

• You will collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  
• You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  
• You will prioritize product backlog, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
  

Customer & Market Engagement:

• You will engage with banks, financial institutions, and lending professionals to understand their pain points and requirements.
  
• You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  
• You will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness:

• You will ensure that product offerings comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
  
• You will stay informed about regulatory changes affecting corporate lending and incorporate necessary updates into the product roadmap.

• You should have 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services technology or lending software.
  
• You should have expert knowledge of corporate lending products, loan origination, credit risk assessment, and loan lifecycle management.
  
• You should have experience working at tier 1 banks,
  
• You should have familiarity with agile methodologies, SaaS solutions, and API-driven architectures.
  
• You should have ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear product requirements.
  
• You should have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Preferred Qualifications
  
  • You should have industry Commercial banking accreditation
    
  • You should have experience with cloud-based lending platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
    
  • You should have strong understanding of AI/ML applications in credit risk and loan management.
    
  • You should have exposure to regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, and local lending regulations.
