The Role:

11:11 is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product organization’s role in our public cloud and strategic vendor ecosystem. This role is responsible for cloud billing analysis, billing escalation support, vendor commercial and licensing coordination, product interoperability, and the translation of provider and partner requirements into scalable product and operational processes across 11:11’s managed public cloud services. The position has a strong focus on AWS and Azure while remaining broad enough to support other strategic vendors whose commercial models, licensing structures, support changes, or interoperability requirements affect the business.

This role also supports the ongoing definition and evolution of 11:11’s managed public cloud services for customers who rely on 11:11 to operate and support public cloud environments. Working closely with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams, this leader will drive service definition, commercial alignment, operational readiness, and roadmap inputs that improve how cloud- and vendor-related capabilities are packaged, supported, billed, and delivered.

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership, deep familiarity with public cloud billing and vendor commercial constructs, and the ability to translate complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product and operational outcomes.

Β This is a full-time, remote role, based in the United States, reporting to the VP, Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product organization’s participation in cloud financial operations, including analysis and reconciliation of usage, discounts, credits, support charges, and billing exceptions across provider data, internal billing systems, and customer-facing outputs
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Connectivity, and strategic vendors to improve forecasting, purchasing, invoicing, escalation handling, credit reconciliation, reporting, and overall billing accuracy while reducing manual exceptions and process friction
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud commercial constructs, payer-account implications, vendor licensing mechanics, committed-consumption frameworks, and the ways these elements affect product, interoperability, reporting, and monetization
  • Represent product interests in relationships with AWS, Azure, and other strategic vendors where commercial terms, support changes, account structures, licensing models, or technical interoperability affect customer experience or revenue realization
  • Define and evolve 11:11’s managed public cloud services, including service scope, support boundaries, commercial alignment, packaging, and fit within the broader product and services portfolio
  • Partner with Engineering, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Connectivity, and adjacent business teams to translate cloud and vendor requirements into product requirements, backlog items, roadmap priorities, policy and process improvements, documentation, and operationally ready service workflows
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company ValuesΒ
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgementsΒ
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of related work experience requiredΒ
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or technology services environments
  • Deep knowledge of public cloud billing mechanisms and terminology, especially AWS, with familiarity across Azure billing, account structures, support models, commercial constructs, and cloud commerce frameworks
  • Experience analyzing cloud usage, discounts, credits, support charges, billing exceptions, and related reporting or forecasting needs across provider data, internal systems, and customer-facing outputs
  • Strong understanding of how commercial, support, licensing, and interoperability requirements affect product packaging, monetization, operational workflows, and customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and translate complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product capabilities, process improvements, and roadmap priorities
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive coordinated outcomes across Finance, Procurement, Billing Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, and customer-facing teams
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation with the ability to explain complex billing, licensing, and service concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining focus on operational clarity, billing accuracy, and measurable business outcomes
  • Understanding of managed services concepts, including service scope definition, support boundaries, operational readiness, and delivering resilient, supportable services at scale preferred
