General Job Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for managing specific aspects of product development, from ideation through to execution, ensuring the product meets business objectives and customer needs. In this role, the Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver product features and enhancements. This position is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills to drive product success in alignment with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:Β 

  • Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to define product requirements and user stories.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the product roadmap, helping prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Support product lifecycle management from concept through development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor information to inform product decisions.
  • Work with product stakeholders to understand customer pain points and opportunities, ensuring products meet user needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, ensuring tasks and features are well-defined, organized, and prioritized.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in product launches, including supporting go-to-market strategies and product communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Assist in creating and refining product documentation, such as user stories, specifications, and product updates.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.


Education and Experience:Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver product solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
