Job Location: This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days per week in our Sherman Oaks, CA office (Los Angeles area).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, creating roadmaps, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

·       Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products.

·       Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

·       Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

·       Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

·       Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product goals, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

·       3+ years of experience in product management.

·       Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies, A/B testing, and user research.

·       Familiarity with product/project management tools such MS Project and Asana.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
