Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and mentor the team in SAFe Agile values, principles, and practices
β’ Define and prioritize the product backlog for CI/CD, security and infrastructure features. which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases
β’ Identify differences in understanding issues as they occur
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data engineering, support and external teams to ensure secure and scalable data pipelines, platforms and systems.
β’ Coordinate internal and external product releases including customer iteration, requirement development and comprehensive testing
β’ Utilize tools and reports, such as JIRA and Confluence, to collect, develop and analyze agile data and metrics while tracking and managing progress
β’ Align DevSecOps initiatives with business goals, HHS/CMS and other security and privacy compliance requirements, and data governance policies.
β’ Ensure CMS ARS controls such as encryption, access control, and secure data transmission are embedded in all stages.
β’ Oversee infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for provisioning secure cloud resources.
β’ Drive automation of security monitoring and alerting in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., vulnerability scanning, secrets detection).
β’ Ensure observability and logging are in place for audit and incident response.

Working Environment: eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.
Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
