Job Title: Product Manager – VSaaS (Video Surveillance as a Service)

Location: [Carlsbad, CA / Hybrid / Remote]

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the development of our cloud-based video surveillance (VSaaS) platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional to work on innovative technologies in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will assist in managing the product lifecycle, gather and analyze user requirements, support go-to-market initiatives, and help ensure successful product delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to leverage their product management skills in the cloud and video security space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and refine product requirements based on user feedback, business needs, and market research.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
  • Participate in feature acceptance testing and help validate new features prior to release.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement teams to produce content including product collateral, pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Work with field sales teams to support Customer deployments and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years working with cloud-based or SaaS products in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), edge devices, and IP video surveillance technologies.
  • Experience working in or with large enterprises, system integrators, and channel-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT security, video management systems (VMS), and physical security standards (e.g., NDAA, ONVIF).
  • Experience with Agile development processes and tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing API-based third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) related to video data storage and transmission.
  • Korean language proficiency is a plus.
