CET-6 or above; proficient in English reading and writing. Candidates with the ability to communicate independently with native speakers are preferred. Â
3+ years of experience in internet product design, with strong capability in B-end (enterprise-facing) product architecture. Able to quickly understand business processes and industry standards. Experience in CRM, backend/enterprise platforms, strategy products, or real estate industry is a plus. Â
Solid product management skills, including user needs analysis, product design, data analysis & performance tracking, project execution, and cross-team coordination. Â
