Position Overview
Valitana is looking to hire an Associate Product Manager that will serve as a vital link between our clients and development teams. This role focuses on optimizing client onboarding processes, managing agile sprints, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and continuously refining internal workflows to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

What We Offer
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. Valitana offers a competitive compensation package which includes base salary and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, healthcare with medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, and PTO.
Employees in this role will work in the office Mondays through Wednesdays with the flexibility to work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient client onboarding processes; lead the planning, execution, and delivery from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee internal development and customer request boards to prioritize work effectively.
- Plan, manage, and execute agile sprints in close collaboration with developers; facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Create flow charts, mockups, and wireframes using tools like Figma or similar.
- Monitor KPIs related to onboarding, sprint performance, and overall project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably within FinTech or Technology.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and sprint management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
