Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of an enterprise-wide AI platform at Millennium reporting to the Global Head of AI, Technology. This role will leverage Generative AI (GenAI) within existing workflows, improve decision-making, and spur innovation across our organization. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Principal Responsibilities 

• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and synthesize user requirements.
• Advocate for users and identify opportunities to apply AI.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. 
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and feedback.
• Oversee platform governance, ensuring data privacy and entitlement management access within the product suite.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather and synthesize user requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and build strong relationships across the organization to foster engagement and adoption.
• Provide regular updates on product progress and future plans.
• Develop and execute training programs to ensure employees understand the opportunities for leveraging AI effectively. 
• Create case studies that demonstrate tangible benefits to drive adoption.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure they are set up for success.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement a robust QA process to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the platform. 

Qualifications/Skills Required  

• Broad knowledge of the investment space, including familiarity with workflows and decision-making processes in a hedge fund environment, not only in the front-office but across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Operations and core functions. 
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value. 
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and their potential applications to investment strategies and operations. 
• Exceptional ability to understand user needs from diverse stakeholders.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
