This role is a fit for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, fast learning, client conversations, tradeoff decisions, and hands-on product execution.

Role Summary

This role is for a Product Manager who can connect strategy to execution.
You should be able to help build from 0β†’1, then help scale from 1β†’10.
You bring structure to messy ideas, keep teams focused, and make sure the product creates real value for users and the business.

What You’ll Do

β€’ Work with engineering to clarify scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs
β€’ Support sprint planning, reviews, demos, and product decisions
β€’ Help teams deliver working software in two-week sprint cycles
β€’ Use feedback and data to improve the product after launch
β€’ Identify what to build now, what to defer, and what to test first
β€’ Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, designers, engineers, QA, and DevOps

What We’re Looking For

β€’ 3–5 years of product management, business analysis, or software delivery experience
β€’ Experience taking products or features from 0β†’1

β€’ Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical tradeoffs
β€’ Comfort working with designers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and business teams
β€’ Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Confluence, or similar tools
β€’ Ability to move fast while keeping teams aligned

0β†’1 Experience Means

That may include:
β€’ Defining an MVP
β€’ Validating user needs
β€’ Creating early product requirements
β€’ Prioritizing first-release features
β€’ Working through unknowns
β€’ Launching a first version

β€’ Reducing friction in the product
β€’ Prioritizing roadmap items
β€’ Supporting new customer segments
β€’ Improving product performance, reliability, or reporting
β€’ Helping the product mature from early release to stable growth

Entrepreneurial Mindset

You should think like a builder.
You ask:
β€’ What problem are we solving?
β€’ Who feels this pain most?
β€’ What is the smallest useful version we can build?
β€’ What evidence tells us this is working?
β€’ What should we stop doing?
β€’ What unlocks the next stage of growth?
You do not wait for perfect requirements.
You create clarity, make practical decisions, and keep the team moving.

Nice to Have
