Responsibilities
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Category Strategy, Assortment, and Space Management.
• Partner with Merchandising to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive capabilities across category strategy, assortment Eligible to workimization, localization/clustering, item rationalization, macro/micro space planning, and planograms.
• Identify and prioritize Data, AI, Eligible to workimization, and automation opportunities that improve decision-making and reduce manual effort.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements through UAT, launch, adEligible to workion, and value realization.
• Manage integration with adjacent capabilities including MFP, pricing/promotion, ERP/SAP, POS, and Club Systems.
• Evaluate and manage third-party platforms and partners, including roadmap alignment, integrations, and build-vs.-buy decisions.
• Define and track KPIs including sales/margin lift, assortment and space productivity, inventory performance, planogram compliance, and merchant productivity.
• Lead cross-functional and executive stakeholder discussions on priorities, investments, risks, and roadmap decisions.
