Job Description

Position Description:

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for acting as the marketing lead on assigned product lines within the Clinical Laboratory Menu Business. This role leads cross functional teams to actively drive a strong, healthy line of assay products that produce revenue growth and increase market share by delivering on customer expectations & needs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading development of product line extensions, gap fill projects and all improvement projects within the assigned portfolio.

• Developing and validating new product requirements based on global customer needs and market insights.

• Collaborating with market research and finance partners to define and deliver data necessary for informed commercial decision-making

• Developing go-to-market commercial strategy and tactics.

• Developing and executing winning strategic marketing plans and business cases.

• Generating clear product positioning with compelling messaging for highly targeted customer segments.

• Collaborating with Clinical Laboratory Instrument product management colleagues to create and drive a fully integrated strategy.

• Championing new products within the commercial organization.

• Delivering effective sales tools to communicate differentiated product value to customers.

• This position will report directly to Senior Director, Product Management for Clinical Laboratory Menu and will be a member of the product management team responsible for the development, maintenance and promotion of the portfolio.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Education

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years total marketing experience.

• Minimum 3 years global marketing from an in-vitro diagnostics global company with demonstrated success in leading new product development and creating winning go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred.
