A growing, Houston-based professional services firm, G&A Partners is currently seeking a Lead Product Manager to join its team and support from Salt Lake City, UT or work 100% remote.

This position will influence product offering by identifying potential products; conducting market research; documenting requirements; managing release timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by gathering information on industry trends through multiple methods of data collection; industry knowledge; client data gathering; sales/marketing goals.
  • facilitates communication among relevant internal personnel and relevant external parties, including implementation and support teams to eliminate programming issues that may arise in different environments.
  • Meets with prospective and current customers to make sure the software product meets their needs and listen to feedback that may be incorporated into future versions.Β 
  • Works with the marketing team to accurately and effectively present software features to consumers.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future software offering by reviewing specifications and requirements; appraising new ideas.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's technology suite to competitors' technology suite.
  • Oversees product development and monitors trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  • Contributes to short-term and long-term technology solution vision by providing information for management; comparison data; return on investment analysis; manage timelines for release schedule
  • Brings new solutions to market by analyzing proposed requirements and development
  • Introduces and markets new solutions by developing time-integrated plans with development, implementation, sales and marketing.
  • Influences product pricing by providing development/subscription costs; anticipating volume.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in product and relationship management field.
  • PEO environment experience is preferred but not required.

Salary

Starting salary is $113,000 up to $150,000

The starting range represents the low and high end of the G&A Partners’ range for this position. Actual wages will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of G&A’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commissions, annual bonuses, and program specific rewards. In addition, G&A Partners provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending, ancillary benefits, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
