In this role, you will:ย ย 

  • Shape and implement the product vision, driving innovation to meet evolving customer needs and strengthen our market position.ย 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product backlog and align delivery with strategic milestones.ย 

  • Conduct A/B testing to validate and learn if our product hypothesis meets customer needs ย 

  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.ย 

  • Identify and integrate AI/ML opportunities into product features through close collaboration with engineering teams.ย 

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.ย 

  • Develop business cases and set measurable goals tied to financial outcomes and performance indicators.ย 

  • Apply UX design principles and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability and engagement.ย 

  • Rapidly prototype and test MVPs using data-driven experimentation and usability testing.ย 

  • Use analytics tools to monitor product performance and recommend strategies for improvement.ย 

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and clear communicationย 

ย 

Experience and qualifications:ย ย 

  • You have a Bachelorโ€™s degree with 2+ years of experience, a Masterโ€™s degree with up to 2 years of experienceโ€”or equivalent practical experience.ย 

  • You bring hands-on experience with Agile practices and are confident managing backlogs and sprint planning.ย 

  • You understand AI/ML concepts and enjoy collaborating with technical teams to explore their application in product development.ย 

  • You communicate clearly and effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.ย 

  • You apply data science principles and the scientific method to guide product experimentation and decision-making.ย 

  • You demonstrate strong listening skills and business acumen to align product strategy with broader organizational goals.ย 

  • You are skilled in reverse engineering and problem-solving to enhance product performance.ย 

  • You use analytics tools to manage data and create compelling visualizations that support cross-functional decisions.ย 

  • You prioritize tasks using a consistent framework and make sound, strategic judgments under pressure.ย 

  • You champion inclusivity and cross-functional awareness, valuing diverse perspectives in product development.ย 

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individualโ€™s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
