GenAI Product Manager

The Technology Innovation team focuses on researching and experimenting with a broad range of technologies that could bring transformational impact to our firm. We conduct research in areas such as applied quantum technology, novel non-traditional computing paradigms, applied artificial intelligence, heterogenous architectures, digital reality, and other areas.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our emerging technology platform strategy focused on AI/ML. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing features, aligning with stakeholders, and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. As the key interface between business and Technology users, you will actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss use cases, educate the users around the capabilities, and define the product roadmap and be an advocate in driving adoption of the technology. You will also work with end users/stakeholders to ensure product success.

Specifically, you will:

·       Define and drive the emerging technologies product strategy and vision

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, features, backlog and gather feedback to improve and enhance the product

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prioritize use cases and user stories

·       Educate users about the capabilities of emerging technology platform ecosystem and advocate for adoption

·       Prioritize product backlog with clearly defined features and user stories in partnership with the Technology Innovation Team

·       Identify and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to help inform product decisions

·       Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success

·       Ensure product documentation is thorough, accurate, and updated

What’s required

·       7+ years of product management experience in a software development or AI/ML environment

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

·       Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including in the context of Generative AI and large language models

·       Proven track record of delivering complex products with cross-functional teams

·       Strong organizational and analytical skills

·       Experience with Agile methodology and product management tools such as Jira

·       Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

·       Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams

·       Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts

·       Curiosity, a willingness to embrace uncertainty and be comfortable with failure while exploring new ideas
