Job Description
The OpportunityKey Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long-term strategy, roadmap, and vision for consumer deposit products aligned with client, business, and enterprise objectives.Β
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, research, business case, product design and requirements, launch, optimization, and governance.Β
Serve as senior product leader for complex cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, finance, marketing, risk, compliance, and sales partners.Β
Create deposit pricing strategies, forecasting, profitability management, balance growth, and financial performance monitoring in partnership with finance and treasury teams.Β
Leverage analytics, reporting, and customer insights to optimize product performance, acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.Β
Ensure compliant, client-centered experiences by overseeing regulatory requirements, disclosures, policies, and risk management activities.Β
Communicate product strategy, results, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders while influencing decisions across the organization.Β
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product management teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Β
This position may be located in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of consumer deposit product management or similar consumer banking product management experience
Bachelorβs degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
βPreferred Qualifications
Masterβs degree in business, finance, economics, or a related fieldΒ
Demonstrated success developing, launching, pricing, and scaling bank deposit products within complex financial services environments
Strong expertise in product management, deposit pricing, financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision making
Working knowledge of analytics, performance reporting, and customer behavior analysis
Experience partnering with marketing teams to design, measure, and optimize acquisition and engagement campaigns
Knowledge of wealth management organizations, core banking platforms, and fintech ecosystems
Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders β clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $131,000 - $180,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
