1.Β Β Β Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for Wealth Advisory platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, advisor needs, and evolving client expectations.
2.Β Β Β Serve as the business owner for major platform transformation initiatives, including advisor recruiting transitions, client asset conversions, platform migrations, and implementation of new advisory capabilities.
3.Β Β Β Direct complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution, partnering with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives.
4.Β Β Β Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, increase client engagement, and support business growth.
5.Β Β Β Partner with platform providers and strategic vendors to influence product direction, advocate for business requirements, and drive delivery of enhancements that support the advisory business.
Required Qualifications:

1.Β Β Β Bachelorβs degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience
2.Β Β Β Minimum 10 years of wealth management experience

5.Β Β Β Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
