Director- Product Management
We’re seeking an outstanding Product Management Leader who would focus on developing and delivering data integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across different applications and systems. The role requires a blend of product management skills, technical understanding of data integration, and a strong focus on user needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the iPaaS space. - Product Roadmap & Strategy:
Develop a product vision and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals. - Requirement Gathering & Prioritization:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer support teams, to understand their requirements and prioritize features. - Product Development & Execution:
Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of product features. Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Provide guidance and support to users during the adoption process, ensuring they can effectively leverage the iPaaS platform. - Collaboration & Communication:
Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. - Data Governance & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to data governance policies and industry regulations. - Product Launch & Iteration:
Manage the product launch process and continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and market trends. Key Skills & Qualifications:- Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, roadmap development, and product launch.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with data integration concepts, technologies, and platforms.
